Arizona Balloon Classic
I did a quick visit to the neighboring city of Gilbert to attend the Balloon Fest there yesterday. It was a small affair- there were probably fewer than 20 hot air balloons. The big one to see in the southwest is the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Coming up in January is the newer Monument Valley Balloon event which is small but imagine the pics of the balloons against the Monument Valley backdrop.

Very nice, colorful, graphic depiction of a hot air balloon.

Those are brilliant colors and a great pattern. I like that it completely fills the frame. I also like that the security lines come across diagonally and out the bottom right edge of the frame. That gives flow and direction to the image.

Excellent image!  Colors rock and the lines give it so much of an asthetic lift to it too.  Balloon festivals are such a great place to be with a camera!
