It certainly is wind blown. I might crop a little off the right edge to push the trunk to the right. The sepia rendering enhances the feeling of harsh living conditions. The foreground grasses sparkling in the sun are a little distracting.

The bleakness suggested by the all white background as well as the out- of -focus blotches enhances the abstract quality of the image. More than merely a description of harsh environmental conditions the image to me also has metaphorical depth, i.e. suggests an inner condition of the mind. Well done!
