Wet Gold
Taken a few years ago back at the San Diego Wild Animal Park in November. One of the unusual trees in their nursery had lost its leaves and I walked by after a brief shower.

Excellent photograph texturally, and from a color standpoint too.

But I take slight exception to this being called "golden", Richard. What I have always admired about the ginkgo and aspen leaves is that they are a pale canary yellow, so distinct from the glorious but ubiquitous palette of the rest of the Kingdom Of Autumn!

Which is my way of saying, awesome photo that deserves categorization of its own!

 Is that a hint ;-)

I really like this one as well - beautifully taken.  You really are showing some serious diversity Richard!
