The Mighty Cross in Color
Greece - This is the color version of the Sepia. Thanks Walter for trying to explain how to add an image to a previous upload but I still don't understand how to do it. :(( And per Andrews request here is the color version of the Cross. I would have loved to have gotten the whole Island in the hole but it was not working that way. Also I could have moved over to the right to leave it out. I'll just have to make another trip someday! :))))))))) thanks for C & C.

Great shot, Cindy. I prefer it in color just because Santorini is famous for the whitewash against the deep azures.

If you were to go B&W, I think I agree with Andrew to stay away from sepia toning. Sepia is too much the opposite of those blues which are so classic for this destination.

I do think a regular B&W without sepia could be very effective too though. That would be interesting to push through Nik...

 thanks  Cindy,

in all honesty I prefer this to the sepia..... though as Patrick writes, a well balanced B&W would be interesting to look at....

mmmm, it's frustrating when buildings etc can't be moved to exactly where we want them... :-)

I also prefer the colour and agree with the others on the sepia /B & W.
