Matt, I really like this and had no idea this existed!!  Cool or hot, whatever the case.   I like the positioning, the colors and the refection in the water.   My only little quibble is that it appears on my screen that those majestic mountains in the background a little hot.   Wonderful image!

Matt, how did you get to photograph this? Are you friends with the owner of the private ranch it's on? I got as close to this as Gerlach, NV and really wanted to go shoot Fly Geysir, but couldn't figure out how to acquire the proper permission. This is of course a highly sought photo destination, and yet very few images of it are available. Congrats on this awesome one!

This is a very nice photo of an amazing place that I never knew existed.  Geysers in Nevada?  Wow!

Thanks Everyone!! It is a amazing place. It took me a long time just to find it, them what I needed to do to get on the property.. So here is what you have to do... You need to become a member of "Friends of the Black Rock"   once your a member they offer tours. I think I paid $50.00. You need to watch the calendar and the weather. I took this in March. There is also the Wizard Gyser and the Mini Fly Geyser.

WOW, Mother Nature sure is amazing! Great going, Matt, for doing all you had to do to get there. Wonderful shot. The other shot is my favorite, though. Am mind boggled by this spot!
