Road construction slowed traffic enough to get this shot of the wild flowers covering a pasture along Highway 17 south of Flagstaff, Arizona.

It's a beautiful tableau, Bob, but I do wish that roadway wasn't bisecting the scene. If you could have gotten onto the other side of that road and set up with a tripod, that could have produced some all-time keepers!

I love that yellow carpet. The road cutting through and foreground grasses detract a bit for me. It does present a contrast, but I don't think the overall image necessarily benefits from it. I would have preferred a closer position along that fenceline across the road and used a wider angle lens to really emphasis the yellow carpet, livestock, treeline, and amazing sky you had, and to offer the viewer more detail.
