'Halo' is a panopticon in the hills of Lancashire, above Haslingden, Lancashire. A panopticon is a 'room of novelties.' At night it emits a blue light that can be seen from far away, so I should get up there after dark some time.

Well done Ruud.  Love alot about this and the sky was most cooporative with those clouds whisking above.  Never heard of this and great education...a night time visit on this would be fantastic.    As usual...great perspective and cropped nicely....
