Howgill Fells from Greenholme
Taken on the way home from a party today - another big winter storm was blowing through when I stopped just off the M6 to take a few frames. The sky was stunning, I love those browns and mauves that come with snow!

I do love these classic English countrysides, Rob - you and Ruud are representing them quite nicely! This dramatic overall lighting, and especially the deep twilight hues that you mention, are so impressive. Well done!

 I love the moodiness here, the colours and countryside combining.... am a tad envious, my entire family excluding my oldest daughter, are all over in the UK at present, and possibly looking at a white Christmas..

Beautifull frame .The colour palette hear is great.

We where planning a trip to Ireland and the lake districts in June

But the OLYMPICS  have cancelled our trip as everything is doubling and trebeling in price.
