Lightning over Singapore
OK, sorry...this is ANOTHER Singapore photo that I shot last week during a thunderstorm west of the city. Since I have been here about 14 months now, I have envisioned getting a lightning shot, but really with the more dramatic bolts of lightning. This was not bad though and was lucky as no fancy equipment was used..handheld on our balcony railing. Someone says they see a dragon in the clouds?

You finally got the shot . Did I notice a bit of barrel distortion as the 2 outside buildings seem to be leaning in. Great Photo with Dramatic lighting.

What an amazing sky and what a great capture.  By the streaking car lights I can tell that this was a fairly long exposure.  Do you remember how long?  There is a bit of perspective distortion - the buildings on the left and the right lean in a little - but I don't think that it's overly distracting.

I see the dragon, Richard!

Terrific shot here. I prefer this type of lightning shot to the ones featuring only the bolts of a specific strike - much more moody this way and more colorful to boot. Well done!
