 The picture is from World of birds in Hout Bay, South Africa. Apart from a large number of birds they have some other animals, such as a couple of Orange Baboons.

 shot in the Southern Drakensburg in South Africa; although it was a cloudless, sunny day, the temp when I took this was 2 celcius.

 That fish looks a little big to me for that bird BUT did it prove me wrong and within seconds.It landed about 50 meters from me and turned the fish around and started swallowing all this took around 20 sec.

 One of the most interesting item about Easter Island besides the HUGE statues was what historically happened to the island. It was once rich in forests that were destroyed by the local tribes over a short period of time due to many reasons, such as possible ways to move the statues, to making boats and other things. The land is now very nutrient poor. It is considered a great example of what can happen to Earth when resources get purged due to the increased demand of the population. (Not a lecture!!)

 I was walking along the side of the canal at the Floating Market near Bangkok, when the young lady was sitting there alone. I saw here immedaitely and asked if she minded if I took her picture. She smiled, I shot...and I fell in love with that smile!

 This was a location shoot for a wedding dress designer. We used my friend's house, which is a wonderful place in Colombo.

 Taken with my old Canon G5, I was up many times before 3am to capture sunrise. This is a little after 3am in an area called Wilhemina Bay on the Antarctica Peninsula. The blues in the iceberg represent the age of the iceberg, with the darker blues being very old. Typically 10-15% of the iceberg is above the surface.

 One of the better places we visited while on Flores last month was the traditional village of Bena. This group of people practice both Catholic and Paganistic religions. Whereas a small Catholic church is nearby, they still have slabs of rock for the sacrificing of animals. This is a typical hut sitting in front of the active volcano, Mt. Inerie. The upper half of the hut is like an attic, where the store items.

 I visited the Singapore Zoo yesterday, which has three white tigers. The foreground tiger is the father to the one in back. I used a Silver Efx Pro filter, but then using the Opacity slider on Photoshop, I brought back the image about half way.
